This very bright and quiet apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-apartment building comprising a total of six units. The cozy and modernly designed living area is furnished with a dining table, a sofa bed, and a small workspace. The room features various light sources, allowing for cozy and atmospheric illumination during the evening hours. Large windows—some extending to the floor—offer an unobstructed view of the sky. These windows can be covered with either light linen curtains or blackout curtains. The living area provides access to a south-facing balcony. The bedroom features a 1.60-meter double bed and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The window is fitted with a roller blind capable of completely darkening the room. The bathroom includes a window and a bathtub with a shower function.
