Overnight guests are permitted provided that the maximum number of occupants allowed per bedroom is not exceeded (for example, if a six-person apartment is already occupied by six residents, no additional overnight guests will be allowed). Bed linen is provided; however, towels are not included.

The room is equipped with a box-spring bed with fine bedding, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a large closet, and a working desk with a corresponding working desk chair. Furthermore, you will also have a couch inside your bedroom. In addition, there is a large elegant kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. There is also a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen. The bathroom is very spacious and elegant with a bath-tub shower.
