The apartment is located in the heart of the trendy district of Pempelfort, not far from the Nord-, Schwerin-, Pfalzstraße, close to the Rhine at the level of the Rhine terraces.
Very good connection to underground, tram and bus lines. The entrance to the subway is in front of the house!
The rent includes cleaning with change of bed linen and towels twice a month. Rental price incl. the additional costs, cable connection, electricity, Wifi.
