The landlord accepts and payment is made

Brightly lit Apartment in the heart of Düsseldorf city in Lierenfeld only 10 minutes away from Central station.

Supermarkets like Aldi, Penny, Rewe just a few walking minutes away from the apartment. The tram stop is right outside the building making it very convinient for the public transport. At the same time the Windows and doors provide very good insulation, so when fully closed, one hears almost nothing from the hustle and bustle of the city outside.

There are also plenty of restaurants from Italian, typical german to all the chinese and Indian restaurants available with 5 minutes of distance.

For those of you who loves cooking, there is a fully equipped Kitchen with a big fridge to cook all the delicacies your heart desires and leave no wishes unfulfilled.

The balcony is there to provide comfort and rest from the daily stress.

The rent listed is for one person. Additional person or a Pet may be allowed with a surcharge. Please ask.
