Het monumentale pand is gelegen in het centrum van Eindhoven aan de Tramstraat achter het Pullman hotel en op steenworp afstand van de Effenaar. Ook is het op loopafstand van het station, stratum, het winkelcentrum, TUE, Fontys en Design Academy. Je komt te wonen in een onder architectuur gebouwd zeer rustig monumentaal pand (oorspronkelijk een patricierswoning uit 1895. Stuur ons een leuk berichtje over jezelf en wie weet nodigen wij jou uit om een kijkje te nemen in de kamer.
