A very nice kitchen including everything you need (fridge...,furniture, interior fittings) with a view into the green nature invites you to a pleasent stay. We have 3 bedrooms, each of them completely furnished and universal usable (for working, sleeping, relaxing) with Smart TV. The bathroom is pretty furnished with shower, washing machine and enough space for your belongings. There is a hair dryer, towels... For the further use is a celler downstairs wich belongs to the flat.

Location description:
The apartment is centrally located: 800 m to the Helios Clinic / University of Nordhäuser Str. and 800 m to the city center. Bus and tram stop are approx. 50 m away. This makes it easy to reach from the ICE hub by public transport. The pedestrian passage in the city center with numerous shops, bakeries, doctors, pharmacies, etc. can be reached on foot or by public transport.

General:
The apartment includes a cellar room for your sole use. Bicycle racks and a backyard for general use are available.
Electricity and internet as well as additional costs are included in the rental price.
