To ensure your sleep is first-class, a comfortable King-Size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and hotel-quality bedding await you. In addition, our apartment features a particularly high-quality sofa bed, which is otherwise only used by hotels of first-class standard. The couch has a comfortable Queen-Size sleeping area (1.60m x 2.00m) with a high-quality mattress. Our two-bedroom apartment also has an additional single bed. Of course, there is also a dining area and a large Smart-TV with streaming options. Or would you prefer a nice breakfast on the comfortable terrace? The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, SodaStream, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. In the bathroom, a washing machine with suitable detergent is available for you. An ironing board and iron are also available for use in the apartment. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all essential items such as shower gel & shampoo.

Helios Klinikum can be reached on foot in ten minutes or by tram in just two minutes. Erfurt University can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes or by tram in just five minutes. Thüringen Park, with over 100 shops, can be reached by tram in approximately 20 minutes. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
