Welcome to my stylishly furnished and freshly renovated studio. The studio is located in a quiet side street in the Andreasvorstadt. The old town, the cathedral square and the university are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I am happy to welcome you and if you have any questions, I am at your disposal and can give you tips and suggestions for restaurant visits or excursions.
The studio is lovingly refurbished and newly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, you have a SmartTV with Netflix, a bathroom with bathtub, couch and a double bed, as well as a balcony with seating.
