The property was renovated very carefully in close coordination with the monument office. Much emphasis was placed on combining the charm of the old building with today's living comfort. For example, the apartment entrance doors have baroque trim and are very well insulated against noise. The double-glazed windows not only have very good sound insulation. They are also handmade based on historical baroque models. Opaque curtains and shutters allow you to sleep well. All apartments have new floors with a pleasant wooden surface. In the living rooms you can enjoy the generous ceiling height of more than 3 m.
