The appartment consists of three private rooms (small, medium, large). It also has a kitchen, dinging room, separate toilet and a seperate bathroom. A large and sunny balcony is divided in three parts. This ad is for the small room.

Please note, there are currently refurbishment works and works for improvement of the energy efficiency (isolation works) that take place until End of October 2026. The works are only weekdays from 07:00 AM until 17:00 PM and not on weekends and holidays. These might result in dust in the staircase and people necessarily working on the balcony and facade from time to time.

Each room has access to a large balcony in Southward direction. You have Sun all day. However since the windows are completely new and you have a curtain and a shutter, you can also shut out the Sun in Summer Months.

The sections on the balcony will be seperated (not yet on the photo), so every tenant has his own space on the balcony. On the balcony you find a small table and a chair, so you can also sit outside in the summer and work from there (if you have home office)- there is also electricity for your laptop.

The appartment has complete new furniture (first ocupancy). A new kitchen with all equipment (dish washer, oven, fridge), all new and from the German brand Bauknecht.

The appartment has one bathroom and a seperate toilet.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine and dryer for the tenants.

The appartment has a super fast internet connection with up to 1.000 Mbit !

Behind the entrance there is a dining room with access to the kitchen.

The appartment is in the first floor (mezzanine).

The house is owned by the landlord and it is a save place. There is a fence and gate around the property.

The two Eschborn train stations (Eschborn and Eschborn-South) are within walking distance. From here it takes 10 minutes by train (S-Bahn) to Frankfurt city.

The banking and commercial district of Eschborn is nearby, it is around 700 meters to the big employment companies such as Deutsche Börse, Samsung, Vodafone, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, EY). Also a super market is within walking distance, a Korean Food Market is just next door.
