What you'll need

The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

ADMIN FEE

The Admin fee (150 EUR) will be charged at the end of the contract lifetime (at 'housing anywhere' the fee is shown as payable at the beginning of the contract, however it is at the end). If you stay longer than 6 months or if you use an option to extend your contract beyond 6 months, this fee will not be collected from you.
