Lovely House with large terrace and garden, green,
safe and calm, with spacious kitchen and all necessary furniture near S-Bahn eschborn-niederhoechststadt (Public Transport) which takes you to Eschborn Süd in 5 Minutes, Frankfurt Central (Haupbahnhof) in 12 Minutes. Of course an official registration is possible and the landlord will give you all necessary documentation after you moved in.
The room is equipped with everything you need (bed, table, chair, wardrobe), the kitchen is also fully equipped and even has a dishwasher.
There are two bathrooms for the five rooms that are rented out.
Each with shower, toilet and sink with mirror.
Since I took over the house just recently, I start with renting it out now.

There is a washing room with a washer and dryer.
You can just move in and feel well :)
Your lovely landlord who does not live in the house but also in Eschborn (that’s me) is extra friendly and supportive. So if anything is missing I come and bring it right away. Same applies if something does not work.
The house has a fast 300 MBit internet line and has a WiFi 6 super net installed so you have strong internet in all rooms.
The cleaning Fee will not be charged, if the room and the communal areas apartment are returned 100% cleaned by the tenant. It is important to me that every tenant keeps his room clean and also the WG does it h chores. A clean place is a delight for every one

If you are planning to come with an opportunity card to Germany without a job, please be aware that Germany is in the deepest economic crises for years and unemployment is relatively high. Relocation to seek a job thus requires a lot of preparatory work and a very structured approach in seeking opportunities here. Please be aware that is will be truly challenging and indeed difficult to find a job - German language skills are a prerequisite for most jobs, don’t underestimate this point in your consideration. I know from my tenants specifically in India there are agencies overpromising and underdelivrring with regards to the access to the German labor market. Evidence is rather week that they really support you over here. It will be all depending on your own initiatives. Any ways good luck !🍀
