The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful private housing company with good transportation and shopping connections (bus stop 300m, metro station/shopping center 350m, Helsinki city center about 24 min by metro), close to nature and 650m from the sea. Flat has a dishwasher and washing machine.

-Condition: Good, very clean, tenants follow a “weekly cleaning schedule”
-Transportation: to Aalto University Otaniemi campus (15 min by metro), Helsinki city 24 min by metro), bus stop (300m)
-Services: shopping center "Lippulaiva" (350m), swimming pool/gym (650m)

Total rent: 500+60=560e/m/room,
including charge of water, electricity, heating, high speed WiFi (50MB), waste treatment and weekly sauna (in house building condominium (in adjacent building).

Note: tenant will agree to compensate landlord’s commission fee 120 euro to Housinganywhere if rental period is shorter than 5 months. This fee can be paid when you arrive to Finland.

-Principle of rent payment: move-in by days, move-out by month.

-Flat mates: international students who are nice, tidy and friendly.
-Deposit: 800€ (refundable)
-Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay for example a travel insurance which covers the liability of rental accommodation. You will get detailed instruction after booking is accepted. Cost is about 15...18e/m.
