campus and 25 min to Helsinki center.
6) Shopping: 250 m to local shopping center, about 1200m to a big shopping mall Lippulaiva.
7) Flat mates: two nice and tidy students.
8) Total rent: 500+60=560e/m/room, for those who will stay one academic year (~9.5 months)
