The landlord accepts and payment is made

Sloped ceilings, warm wood floors, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom and a wardrobe, plus a height-adjustable desk with ergonomic chair and external monitor.

One monthly invoice covers rent, utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi and the broadcasting fee (Rundfunkbeitrag), made out to your employer on request.

The cafés of Rüttenscheider Straße and the weekly market at Gemarkenplatz are on your doorstep, Grugapark and Messe Essen a short walk, University Hospital Essen a few minutes away. Essen Hauptbahnhof is about 10 minutes by U-Bahn.
