The landlord accepts and payment is made

This recently renovated apartment offers stunning sea views from the living room, which extend to the balcony.

The home has preserved charming elements, such as beautiful tile details, a brick wall, and a wooden ceiling, blending seamlessly with modern and comfortable décor.

The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, extractor fan, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.
The dining table in the living room comfortably seats four people, as does the sofa by the balcony.
The traditional Portuguese arts are honoured in the preserved terracotta flooring in the living room and the floral tiles in the kitchen.
In the bedroom, wooden flooring enhances comfort, while the bathroom features a shower.

On the ground floor, next to the pool, there is a large grassy area and a small children's playground.
Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment, as well as the outdoor common areas of the condominium, including the garden and shared pool.

- Towels and bed linen are provided.
- Check-in: From 15:00 (please inform the accommodation of your arrival time in advance).
- Check-out: By 12:00.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Tourist Tax in Cascais: €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (payable in cash).
Children up to 13 years old are exempt from this fee. This tax also applies to Portuguese nationals.
- A €15 late check-in fee applies after 21:00 (paid in cash).
- A €20 late check-in fee applies after midnight (paid in cash).
