Utilities: water, electricity, gas and internet. In this regard, meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of the stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months, we will ask the guest to send us the monthly meter reading, so that you don't have to pay a high amount in the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control. The cost of utilities is as follows: -Internet: €30.00 per month -Water: €3.50 per cubic meter -Gas: €0.95 per cubic meter -Electricity: €0.45 per kWh Tourist tax: the tourist tax provided by the City of Florence must be paid in cash at check-in. The cost of the tax is 4 euros per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children who are not yet 12 years old are exempt from paying the tourist tax. Please Note: Early departure is not allowed and it comes with a penalty.

This is a modern and welcoming apartment for rent in Florence. The property is spread over two levels between the first floor and the ground floor. On the first floor we have the entrance to the house with the kitchen and the living area. Going down the stairs leading to the lower floor, you reach the bedroom and the bathroom. This apartment is well equipped and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people since in the living room there is a double sofa bed that is added to the double bed in the bedroom.
