Utilities: water, electricity, gas and internet. In this regard, meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of the stay to calculate the amounts due. For stays longer than two months, we will ask the guest to send us the monthly meter reading, so that you don't have to pay a high amount in the end, thus being able to have your consumption under control.
The cost of utilities is as follows: -Internet: €30.00 per month -Water: €3.50 per cubic meter -Gas: €0.95 per cubic meter -Electricity: €0.45 per kWh
Tourist tax: the tourist tax provided by the City of Florence must be paid in cash at check-in. The cost of the tax is 4 euros per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children who are not yet 12 years old are exempt from paying the tourist tax.
