UTILITIES (for rentals over 30 days):
Utilities (except gas) are not included and must be paid separately. They are calculated based on the tenant’s actual usage through meter readings, every two months. The average utility cost for this apartment is typically estimated between €180,00 and €300,00 per month, depending on the season and the tenant’s usage.
