Private room for rent in a shared apartment in Florence!

I am renting a 18 sqm double bedroom, furnished with a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers.. It is possible to use the kitchen and common areas, including a 45 sqm terrace. There is a single bathroom equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, which is therefore shared. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with only 2 apartments, near Piazza Puccini, Le Cascine, the San Donato Shopping Center, and Manifattura Tabacchi. The area is well served by public transport (bus stop at 3 min) and supermarkets (5-10 min, Lidl/Esselunga).
I am renting the room from November 1st, 2026, to April 1st, 2027 (at most until May 1st, 2027). Cost is 500 euros per month, excluding utilities.

Affitto una camera matrimoniale di 18 mq, arredata con un armadio guardaroba, due comodini e una cassettiera.. È possibile utilizzare la cucina e gli spazi comuni, tra cui una terrazza di 45 mq. L'appartamento dispone di un unico bagno, dotato di vasca e di doccia, che è in condivisione. L'immobile si trova al primo piano di un edificio che comprende solo due unità abitative, nelle vicinanze di Piazza Puccini, del parco delle Cascine, del centro commerciale San Donato e della Manifattura Tabacchi. La zona è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (fermata dell'autobus a 3 minuti) e dai supermercati (Lidl ed Esselunga, raggiungibili in 5-10 minuti).
La stanza è disponibile dal 1° novembre 2026 al 1° aprile 2027 (con possibilità di estensione fino al 1° maggio 2027). Il canone è di 500 euro al mese, escluse le utenze.
