All comfort is there to make you feel home :) The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a double room with private bathroom, an attic on the upper floor with its own bathroom.

This property s located in CENTRO - Porta Romana, beginning of Via Senese just before the Boboli Gardens / Pitti. The area is well served by different amenities; shops, restaurants, and bars. The public transportation is well connected to all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 590 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
