The modern furnished studio offers a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a working area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, flat screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

- Parking in the parking garage of the building: EUR 13 per night
- Washing machine (EUR 4 per load) and dryer (EUR 2 per load) as well as an iron are located inside the building (not inside the studio apartment) available to the guests in the building.
- Guests bringing their pets: EUR 6 per night.
In just 10 minutes you can reach the city center by streetcar, putting you in a prime location. Discover Freiburg, the southernmost city in Germany, the Freiburg Cathedral and the historical buildings or admire the pretty alleys of the Klein-Venedig district. The Messe Freiburg, Sick Arena and the new stadium of the SC Freiburg are also in the immediate vicinity.
