Apartment description

The luxurious, fully equipped apartment is located on the Schlossberg garage, in a central location and has a living space of approx. 80 sqm including conservatory.

The apartment has real wood parquet flooring with underfloor heating and is equipped with a large streaming TV (55 inch). There is also a sociable dining area with space for 4 people. The cozy seating area with couch, armchair and side table invites you to linger. From the living area, you can access the beautiful conservatory with its modern furniture and the furnished terrace.

In the separate bedroom, there is a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 * 2.00 m), a spacious closet and a workstation with desk, chair and screen.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: a large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee capsule machine. There is also a dishwasher, a toaster and a washing machine.

The modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a large shower, WC and washbasin, as well as a hairdryer, illuminated vanity mirror, shelves and towels. The apartment also has a chic guest WC with washbasin and mirror.
