The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

As part of our community, you can move FREE of charge to any of our 450 rooms across Madrid, Toledo, Guadalajara, or Málaga whenever you wish, giving you maximum flexibility and convenience.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe with mirror, and more (see photos). Each room includes a private lock for security and privacy, as well as dishes and other utensils for tenant comfort. The rent includes electricity, water, gas, free high-speed WiFi, and cleaning of common areas 4 times per month — all included. Optional services such as private room cleaning and personalized laundry are available for an additional monthly fee.
