What sets Nadmotława apart is its exceptional location in downtown Gdansk, right on the Motława riverbank. The development stands at Sienna Grobla Street on the so-called Polish Hook waterfront, where the Motława flows into the Dead Vistula. This is one of the most prestigious locations in Gdansk, neighboring the historic Old Town architecture with direct access to the Motława waters. Just a few hundred meters away is the Marina at Stępka – one of the two marinas closest to Gdansk’s old town. Nearby, you can visit attractions such as: the Museum of the Second World War, the Ferris Wheel, the Baltic Philharmonic, the Fish Market, the Great Mill, the St. John’s Gate, or St. Catherine’s Church. The building includes an underground parking garage (additional charge) allowing cars up to 2 meters in height. The garage also permits vehicles with LPG installations.
