The modern and attractively furnished apartment with 2.5 rooms is located on the attic (3rd floor) of a very well maintained apartment building from 1950. The apartment has been completely renovated and has state-of-the-art equipment. There is a bathroom with a flat shower, toilet, washbasin and a washing machine. The functional yet appealing kitchen has an oven, a stove with 4 burners and a spacious dining table with 3 seats. Of course, there is a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a refrigerator and a microwave. In the living room you can relax on the comfortable couch (alternatively this can be used as a sofa bed with 2 beds) and watch the regular TV program as well as Disney+ or Netflix, or read a book in the comfortable armchair (possibility for an additional sleeping place). The comfortable bed in the bedroom (1.80m by 2.00m) with its two wardrobes, bedside table and luggage rack round off the offer.
