What you'll need
To send the request you usually only need your details and a payment method. After acceptance, the landlord may ask for an ID or passport and, in some cases, proof of income, enrollment or a guarantor.
Complete your booking on Wunderflats
On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

When work brings you to a new city, what you really want at the end of the day is a home – not a hotel room. That's exactly what we want to give you: apartments furnished the way we would want to live ourselves, and the kind of hospitality you can't fit into an amenity list.

Our apartment Red welcomes you with 30 sqm where everything has its place: a clever daybed that serves as a cozy sofa during the day and converts into a proper bed at night – giving you the full living space all day. Add a kitchen you can actually cook in, a workspace, smart TV and fast Wi-Fi – plus a washing machine in the building. All you need is your suitcase – the rest is taken care of. Every two weeks we come by for an interim cleaning – with fresh bed linen and fluffy towels, included in the rent. Just like
everything else: heating, electricity, Wi-Fi and utilities. One rent, one payment, no surprises.
