Apartment description

CasaVerde is a typical Belgian family house with an excellent location between the railway station and the heart of the city of Gent. Despite its central location in a lively neighborhood with charming shops, restaurants, bars and student homes, the house is situated in a quiet street, making it an ideal place for staying for students, as well as with a family.

The house offers plenty of space. Upon entering, you find yourself in the entrance hall, and through the first door on the left, you enter the fully equipped kitchen.
As you walk further, you arrive in a lovely living room where you can gather with your friends or family. This room also benefits from beautiful light coming through the veranda, which leads to the outdoor terrace. On the ground floor, there is an additional toilet.

When you go upstairs, you'll find the first bedroom with a double bed for two people with a desk. The bathroom on the same floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine.
On the next floor, there is a second living room with air conditioning, which connects to a mezzanine with another double bed.
Further along, there is another bedroom with a sink for one person. The second floor also features a sofa bed that can be unfolded to accommodate max. 1 more person.
