We are housing managers, and we have more than 90 rooms in Getafe. As managers, we reserve the right to charge the tenant a SINGLE fee of 350 € for your stay in our apartments, this fee is for the services we provide during your stay in our rooms, for maintenance, incidents, emergencies, and cleaning once a week, only of the common areas of the house.
