WELCOME TO THE CENTER OF GRAZ!

The Apartment is located in the west side of the center of Graz. The apartment is just 15 minutes walk away from the famous town (Hauptplatz) hall square, 5 minutes walk from Kunsthaus, the Murinsel and Lendplatz or central trainstation Graz.

There is also very good infrastructure. The next public transportation is in front of the building (Griesplatz) from the apartment located. The apartment is very quiet because the apartmentis located on the 5th floor with elevator. Next to the apartment are shops, parks, doctors and a lot of public space.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size double bed and a wardrobe and a nice desk and TV.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a table with 4 chairs, TV with HDMI connection, Internet (WIFI).

The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen includes a stove, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, dishwasher and all table/kitchen utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with an elegant washstand, a mirrored cabinet and a walk-in shower. Towels are provided.

The Apartment is perfect for home office or to study. It is very quiet and you have enough space for working and living.
