Mietgegenstand ist das 16m^2 große Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Das Zimmer wir möbliert zur Verfügung gestellt und bietet genügend Platz zum Wohnen, Lernen und Entspannen. Durch die großzügige Raumfläche ist ein Bett, Schreibtisch sowie Kleiderschrank bequem untergebracht. Geheizt wird die Wohnung mithilfe der Infrarotpanele sowie einem Holzofen. In den Sommermonaten zeichnet sich die Wohnung durch eine von Grund auf kühle Umgebung aus. Daher bietet die Wohnung eine optimale Atmosphäre.

Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Plüddemanngasse 32 angrenzend an dem Herz-Jesu-Viertel und überzeugt durch ihre gute Infrastruktur und Verkehrsanbindung. Es befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie gemütliche Kaffees in der Nähe.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Anbindung an Bus (Haltestelle Schörgelgasse) und Straßenbahn (Linie 3). Das Zentrum von Graz sowie der Hauptbahnhof ist nur in kürzester Zeit (15min) erreichbar. Weiters ist die TU Graz nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dadurch ist eignet sich diese Wohnung vor allem für Studierende.

WG-Leben

Zum Zeitpunkt des Einzuges, wird die Wohnung mit meinem derzeitigen Mitbewohner und Freund Leonardo geteilt. Allgemein ist eine 2-WG optimal und bietet dadurch genug Rückzugsmöglickeit, um den Alltag entfliehen zu können.

Sonstiges

Ergänzend steht dem Mieter ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung. Dies kann bei Bedarf gern benützt werden und dient lediglich für kurze innerstädtische Strecken. Zudem können sämtliche Haushaltsgeräte, Küchenutensilien und weitere Gebrauchsgegenstände mitbenutzt werden.
