Aan de achterkant is de open keuken van origineel hout met inbouwapparatuur zoals combi magnetron/oven, vaatwasser en een koel/vries combinatie. In het hele appartement is vloerverwarming. Vanaf de straatkant is er een trap en brede loopplank naar het schip toe. Het schip ligt aan breed doorgaand vaarwater. Vaste prijs voor g/w/l, internet, gebruik wasmachine & droger en gemeentelijke belastingen is €265 per maand. Huurtoeslag is niet mogelijk omdat het een schip is.
