Private room at Basaltstraat, Groningen

You will have 2 rooms furnished. In one room you have a two persons bed and a closet and in the other room there is a table and chair for study, and there is also shelves for your books, and there is a tv with couch to sit on. On the ground floor there is a brand new kitchen with everything like dishingmachine, microway, oven with steam function, grill etc. There are plates and all the kitchen supplies you need. There is diner area where you can eat. There is a large living room with a 4K TV and a nice couch to sit and relax. In the backyard there is a garden with a loung and also table with 4 chairs for a nice BBQ. There is also a barn where you can put your bike in. The rooms are on the first floor, there is also a bathroom with a bath. And my room is situated on the 2nd floor. You will share the house with me and one other person. I am a neat and quit person, therefore im looking also for a neat and a quit person. The supermarket is 3 min away. There is a nice forest behind the house, and there is a free parkingspot.
