The landlord accepts and payment is made

SSH Short Stay Student Room available until July 2027 for international RUG/Hanze female student

Hi all!! My name is Greta and I am looking for a female student to take over my SSH Short Stay Housing rental contract at SSH Proxima Zernike Park. I have already left, so the room is free.

To take over the room, you have to be:
International female student at RUG or Hanze
not have lived with SSH before with a short stay contract
* be registered with SSH as Degree Full Year (hidden)

It's a furnished room with private bathroom on the 1st floor facing the outdoor picknick area. The shared kitchen and eating area are on the ground floor. There is a locked bike shed and washing facilities on site. It is a 5-10 minute walk to RUG/Hanze.

The 2-bed room is shared with a lovely room mate until the end of January 2027, and then it's your private room until the end of July 2027.

The room has:
Bed (90x200cm), mattress, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, room divider with bookcase, paper bin, wardrobe and coat rack.
The (half) rent is € 432,55 (Nov-Jan) and € 865,09 per month (Feb-Jul). All amenities like Wifi, water, heating etc are included in the rental price. SHH will charge the full rent, and the 50% discount will be calculated at the end of the housing period.

The rental contract will be directly with SSH.
