Apartment description

I am subletting my bright, fully furnished 2-room apartment for a limited period. The period is flexible; ideally, I would prefer 6 months.

The house is a new build, so everything is new: floors, bathroom, kitchen, and furniture. Underfloor heating + WiFi available.

Living room with open-plan kitchen: Large windows and floor-to-ceiling patio door, making it very bright. There is a large corner sofa, a Smart TV with a lowboard, and an oval wooden dining table with four chairs.

Kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Dishes, pots, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are provided.

Terrace: Wooden terrace with lounge armchairs and table, directly by the south-facing garden.

Bedroom: Quietly located, with a box-spring bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.

Hallway: Coat rack and shoe cabinet.

Bathroom: Newly tiled, with a walk-in glass shower, illuminated mirror, and washbasin with vanity unit.

The bus stop is a 1-minute walk away.
