The Apartment has got four rooms and it has been completely renovated in 2020. It‘s situated on the ground-floor of a house with two apartments.
There is a nice big garden with more than 800 qm with trees and bushes around the house, only used by the renters of the apartment.
All rooms can be reached from the floor: the big living-room with a dining-room and an open kitchen and one of the terraces to the garden, the sleeping-room, the small work-space with another terrace and another room for free use, the bathroom, the second restroom and the door to the basement. In the basement, next to the washing-room and another spaceful room with the garden-furniture, there is also a garage: you can open it with a remote-control from outside.
The new open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an induction-stove, a microwave, dishes and everything you need for daily use.
In the living-room, there is a chimney, a sofa with a table and a TV; on the terrace you have also a big barbecue. From the small furnished workspace at the back of the house, you can reach the back-yard.
The washing-room in the basement is equipped with a washing-mashine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron.
The apartment is situated in a quiet green street with single-family homes in Hamburg-Eidelstedt. Some shops can be reached by walking, the Eidelstedter Platz with a lot of shops, doctors, pharmacies etc. is also quite close (around 1,5 km). A bus-station to Hamburg City is close to the apartment; the next train-stations are “Eidelstedt-Zentrum” and “Elbgaustraße“.
