Apartment description

From 01.10.2026, this very bright, freshly renovated and newly furnished 2-room apartment on the 1st floor in Isebekstraße will be available for rent. Covering 50 m², it offers a cozy living and dining room, a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a hallway, and a balcony with a green view. The south-facing orientation ensures plenty of daylight and a pleasant living atmosphere. On the balcony, you can sit in the sun until late hours. The apartment is oriented towards the inner courtyard and is wonderfully quiet.

The apartment will be handed over fully ready for occupancy for up to two people. The new furnishings include, among other things, a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a sofa, a television, a dining area, lighting, and balcony furniture. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Essential household and kitchen equipment is also available, so only personal belongings need to be brought.

The kitchen is still being completed in the current photos. All work will be completed before the start of the rental. Upon moving in from 01.10.2026, tenants will therefore occupy a freshly renovated, newly furnished and fully equipped apartment, including a completed kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances. These include a coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, etc.

The apartment combines a quiet residential location with exceptionally good connectivity: It is protected at the end of a cul-de-sac in Hamburg-Altona, while the S-Bahn station Diebsteich is only about 200 meters or approximately three minutes' walk away. With the S2, you can reach Sternschanze in about five minutes, Dammtor in around eight minutes, and Hamburg Central Station in about ten minutes. Ottensen, Eimsbüttel, and the Schanzenviertel are also quickly accessible. Shopping facilities, cafes, and daily necessities are located in the vicinity. The green view and the south-facing balcony create a pleasantly quiet living atmosphere despite the central location.
