This fully furnished three-bedroom co-living apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated Altbau building in the vibrant Eimsbüttel neighborhood. The apartment offers a shared kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and ample counter space, perfect for cooking and meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area, ideal for residents to share meals together. The shared bathroom is well-appointed with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
Each bedroom is spacious, bright, and thoughtfully furnished, featuring a comfortable 140 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair, ensuring both comfort and functionality. For added convenience, bicycle parking is available in the basement, along with a shared laundry area equipped with multiple washing machines and dryers. Laundry services are provided for a small fee.
