What you'll need

Complete your booking on Wunderflats
On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

- Proof of solvency
Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

Das Zimmer Das freie Zimmer liegt in der 2. Etage (Dachgeschoss) unseres Hauses. Durch die Lage ganz oben ist es schön ruhig und bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Ausstattung: Hochwertiger Laminatboden in Holzoptik, großes Dachfenster für viel Licht. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa) – du musst nur noch deine Koffer auspacken!

Das Haus & Die WG Wir wohnen in einem geräumigen Mittelreihenhaus. Neben den privaten Zimmern teilen wir uns:

Vollausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach)

Modernes Bad mit Wanne & Dusche (+ Waschmaschine & Trockner)

Separates Gäste-WC

Garten & Terrasse (perfekt für den Sommer,
bei Bedarf zzgl.. Fahrradbox 20 Euro monatlich)

Deine Mitbewohner: Wir sind eine gemischte Truppe (2 Frauen, 2 Männer) zwischen 22 und 30 Jahren. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und respektvoll.
