The community space is located on the ground floor of the house and is accessible through the main staircase The community space was a fromer restaurant converted to our coliving lounge, work and hangout space! Eppendorf is the neighborhood every local wants to live in. Green parks, small streets, the best brunch spots and small boutiques along the Eppendorfer Baum. Once you move here, you will never want to move away ever again!Situated at the end of the Eppendorfer Baum, the nearest subway station will take you to all hotspots in less than 10 minutes. Whether you are heading for a night out in the Sternschanze or experience the city center and the Jungfernstieg, being located in the Eppendorf location you are right in the mix! But as always: What is the point of leaving the community, if there is everything right around the corner in your new neighborhood?
