The room is located in a beautiful 150 sqm Art Nouveau apartment with 3.5‐meter ceilings. Guests may use the 12‐meter terrace. The room has been freshly painted, features newly resealed wooden floors, and has a very large window facing a quiet courtyard with chestnut trees.
The bed (200 x 180 cm) has an adjustable slatted frame and can also be separated into two single beds. The large wardrobes are custom‐made designer pieces from the 1960s — no IKEA furniture in this room.
The apartment includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and a full bathroom with a deep bathtub. High speed internet access included. The elegant marble entrance hall adds to the charm.
The location is excellent: 300 meters from the UKE University Hospital and 20 minutes from the University of Hamburg campus. Within a 500‐meter radius you’ll find dozens of restaurants, supermarkets, delicatessen shops, and clothing stores. The neighborhood is often called the “Notting Hill of Hamburg.”
Public transport is very convenient: U1 Klosterstern or U3 Eppendorfer Baum take you to the main station or the university in about 10 minutes. Several parks, a swimming pool, and fitness centers are close by.
The apartment is on the first floor, accessible by elevator, with a beautifully restored marble staircase. We are internationally active artists and travel frequently, so the tenant will often have the apartment to themselves.

Das Zimmer ist in einer Jugendstil Altbau Wohnung von 150qm mit 3.50 Deckenhöhe gelegen. Die Terrasse von 12 m Länge kann mitbenutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist frisch gestrichen, es hat einen neuversiegeltem Holzfussboden und ein sehr großes Fenster zum Hof mit Kastanienbäumen. Das Bett, 200 x 180 cm hat ein regulierbaren Lattenrost. Es können daraus auch zwei single Betten gemacht werden, obwohl wir das Zimmer für 1-Person anbieten. Große Schränke, 60er Jahre von einem Designer getischlert, also kein Ikea im Zimmer. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Vollbad mit tiefer Badewanne Elegantes Marmor Entrée. Die Lage ist optimal, 300 m vom UKE Universitätskrankenhaus, 20 min vom Campus der Uni Hamburg. Im Radius von 500 m dutzende von Restaurants, Supermärkten, Feinkost- und Klamottenläden. Das Viertel wird „Nottinghill“ von Hamburg genannt. U-1 Klosterstern oder U-3 Eppendorfer Baum, in 10 Min. am Hauptbahnhof oder an der Uni. Mehrere Parks und Schwimmbad sowie Fitnesscentern in unmittelbarer Nähe. 1. Stock mit Fahrstuhl und Marmortreppenhaus vom Feinsten. Wir sind international bekannte Künstler und sind viel auf Reisen, daher wäre der Mieter oft alleine.
