Voll möblierte 35-m²-Wohnung im 12. Stock eines Hauses mit Aufzug, sofort bezugsfertig. Die Wohnung hat eine separate, komplett ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Töpfe, Geschirr und Besteck), ein separates Badezimmer, eine Waschmaschine und eine 1,5 m² große Abstellkammer mit Regalen, Staubsauger und Wischmopp. Das Wohnzimmer bietet mit zwei ausziehbaren Schlafsofas Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, Bettwäsche und Doppelkissen sind vorhanden. Dazu kommen ein Smart-TV, WLAN, flexible Beleuchtung sowie im Flur zwei große Kleiderschränke und eine Kommode mit Schuhregal. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Außenstellplätze (nicht fest zugewiesen, es ist aber stets ein Platz frei). Rauchen ist nicht gestattet, Haustiere nach Absprache, kein Balkon. Ideal für Pendler, Studierende und alle, die eine zentral gelegene Wohnung auf Zeit suchen. Besichtigungen nach Vereinbarung.
