Apartment description

Fully furnished apartment in a quiet location in Rohrbach – well-maintained, modernly furnished, and ready for immediate occupancy.

The living room is spacious, features parquet flooring, and opens directly onto the balcony, which is furnished with a rattan lounge. Ideal for unwinding after work. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped – a Siemens oven, hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, air fryer, and a few other small appliances are all included. You can also quickly have breakfast at the kitchen counter with three bar stools.

The bedroom has a large white wardrobe, a mirror, and a large chest of drawers. The bathroom is bright and clean – with a walk-in shower, wall-mounted toilet, heated towel rail, and a washing machine directly in the bathroom. TVs are available in both rooms, and the living room also features a Sonos soundbar.

The apartment is on the second floor; the building has an elevator with electric doors and is barrier-free accessible. An underground parking space is included.

Regarding transport links: The tram (lines 23/24) is within walking distance, and the Kirchheim/Rohrbach S-Bahn station is also nearby – the main station can be reached in approximately 10 minutes. Rohrbacher Markt is just around the corner.
