The stylishly furnished apartment is equipped with a shower room, a balcony and a full kitchen and is therefore ideally suited for students as well as for longer stays such as business trips, professional or medical long-term stays. Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 people. Amenities include free cable TV, high-speed WLAN as well as LAN connection, guest laundry with dryer and monitored parking with e-charging station, which can be shared for a fee. Our apartment is equipped, among other things, with a 180 cm wide box-spring bed, sofa bed, desk, underfloor heating and smart TV. The kitchen equipment includes coffee maker, dishwasher, induction stove as well as refrigerator with freezer compartment.
