We are renting out a charming apartment with a private entrance. The living and kitchen area features a cozy couch and a dining table. There's also a refrigerator, a gas stove, gas oven as well as a washer and dryer (2-in-1).
From the living and kitchen area, you enter the stylishly furnished bedroom, which has a double bed (1.60m), a TV with about 10 public channels, a large wardrobe, and a nice workspace.
The bedroom leads to a small bathroom with a toilet and shower. Please note: The bathroom has a ceiling height of 2 meters and is not suitable for people taller than 1.95m.
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. The apartment has a large terrace of about 50m2, which is exclusively for tenants' use. Garden furniture is available. The windows offer a view of the garden. Additionally, the apartment has skylights that create a particularly cozy atmosphere.
Important: Due to the structural layout, the apartment is not suitable for children. Also good to know: There is a very friendly Labrador dog living in the connected residential house.
