The standard apartment provides a tranquil retreat in the centre of the Old Town in Heidelberg. Our room offers an ideal stay in a double room with ≈18m². In the room, you will find a modern bathroom and a mini fridge. The room offers the same level of coziness that is usually only found at home. It is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a desk with chair, armchair and a TV, which offers full flexibility to the preferences and needs of the tenant. The apartment has a modern heating system that is embedded in the floor and free of charge high-quality wireless internet. Finally, the apartment has very wide windows that allow the sun to come in, with a beautiful view of the Old Town. This gives the apartment a bright and very spacious atmosphere. Of course, the apartment is equipped with high quality black out curtains in case you wish to have some privacy. Additional services such as room cleaning or laundry service could be booked for an additional charge. We have a minimum rental period of 1 month, and our rental price includes Wi-Fi and a secure door lock system. Check-In is possible and free of charge everyday from 15:00 to 18:00 and Check-Out time is until latest 11:00. The apartment is ideal for commuters, fitters, and students as well as of course for those who need a short or long-term living space. The deposit is 500€. The monthly rental price for this apartment stated in the advertisement is designed for one person. If another person would like to move in, an additional fee of 150€ will be charged.
Certain kitchen utensils can be borrowed for the stay at no extra charge, such as a stovetop, pots, dishes, cutlery etc. There is also a laundrette located 5 minutes by foot.
Location: Our Building is located close to the Peterskirche, which is in the centre of the Old Town. The Old Town in Heidelberg is rich with tourist sites, lies directly underneath the castle and extends along the Neckar River with Karlstor on one end, and Bismarckplatz on the other. The Old Town is a wonderful combination of old and new buildings, with the Hauptstraße being the main road to navigate through the centre of the city. Some points of interest are; The Castle, Markplatz, the Kornmarkt, the Church of the Holy Ghost, the Palatinate Museum, Synagogue Square, The University, Marstall, Heuscheuer, the Friedrich Memorial, and the Old Bridge.
From Peterskirche you can access a wide range of public transport connections, with busses driving as far as Neuenheim and Ziegelhausen, and many connections driving through the Bismarckplatz which is the main hub for bus and tram connections to reach every part of Heidelberg, and the surrounding area.
