Many students have lived in this building before, exactly for this reason: easy access to univeristies or hospitals (practice in medicine) but in a walking distance for the vibrant city center. The neighborhood is also an asset: All daily amenities are on your feet: big supermarkets, grocery, bakery,meat market, pharmacies, pastry house, cafes, family local restaurants, taxi stations, public transports, doctors, services etc..
