Room description

Welcome to my 2,700 sq. ft. house. You get a private bedroom and suite. The suite is in the room next to the bedroom upstairs with a couch, big screen TV, computer desk, refrigerator, and microwave. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, great restaurants close by, the comfy bed, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). There is a huge covered patio in the back. Free Internet and.
You will have your own bedroom, suite and restroom upstairs. You also have availability to the laundry room with washer and dryer. If you need more room for food needing refrigeration, you can use some of the space in one of the refrigerators downstairs. Everything will be safe in there. (Unless you put in cake or pie then the cats have been known to swipe a little :). There is a huge backyard garden (which you are welcome to weed if you want) and a covered patio to relax on and have a cocktail or a cup of coffee or tea. We also have a grill and smoker you are welcome to use, and a picnic table if you prefer outside dining. There is also a stair lift in case you need help getting upstairs. If you need more coffee, tea, etc., just ask the housekeeper (that would be Mary).
The Hall House has all the amenities of a hotel and a lot more. Here is a small list of what extras you get:

We also have all of the essentials like sugar, salt. pepper etc. We have a ton of small kitchen appliances like blenders, pressure cooker, slow cooker, popcorn makers, ice cream machines, snow cone makers, etc. available for your use as well
• The space comes with your own mini-suite with microwave/toaster/Keurig coffeemaker/ refrigerator/office desk with access to a printer
• Flatware, coffee mugs and glasses are available in your suite
• Free internet
• If you stay 30 days or more we will treat you by taking you to a great Texas steakhouse or a Gulf Coast seafood restaurant.
