Apartment description

Modern, high-quality 32 m² apartment for temporary living in Innsbruck – for visiting lecturers, exchange and rotational doctors, project and site personnel, and interim managers.

Rental condition: The apartment is let exclusively to persons staying in Innsbruck temporarily for professional reasons who maintain their main residence elsewhere. The maximum rental period is six months. Proof of employment in Innsbruck (employment contract, secondment letter or internship confirmation) is required before the lease can be signed. This restriction results from Austrian tenancy law and applies to every enquiry – please only book if you meet these conditions.

The apartment is quiet and at the same time excellently located: just a few minutes' walk from Innsbruck University Hospital, the University of Innsbruck and the CCB shopping centre, with the old town within easy walking distance.

It offers a high-quality 160×200 cm bed, a desk workspace, fast 5G internet, a 50" smart TV, electric exterior blinds for complete blackout and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided.

Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided once at handover. No recurring cleaning or laundry services are included – this is a residential tenancy, not accommodation with hotel-style services.

Key handover is managed via an electronic door lock and is therefore also possible outside regular office hours. Generous storage space is available, as well as an optional lockable basement storage space for a bicycle or skis.

Despite its central position, the apartment is located in a quiet building with only a few units and offers views of the Patscherkofel mountain and the Bergisel ski jump. Shops, cafés and the Inn riverside cycling and walking path are all close by.

All running costs – electricity, water, heating and internet – are included in the monthly all-inclusive rent.
