The apartment has a great location. Sea side of Bosphorus. It's very close to Taksim square, Sishane metro station and to the famous Istiklal street. And it is in 3 metro stations to the district of Sultanahmet unless you might decide to walk getting past Galata Tower half way through or to take a famous fast Istanbul tram from Karakoy station to reach Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque or the Topkapi Palace. It is also in walking distance from the port from where you can travel to the Asian part of the city or to the Prince islands. In the meantime the street itself is very quiet, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. You can start every morning with having your breakfast in the fresh air admiring the view of the city from balcony. And every night you can see the romantic ships' lights and the city lights of the other side of the Bosphorus waterway. The apartment is situated on the 1th floor of the building; a few steps only.
